Shipping (UK / EU)

By Committee understands how important it is for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, wherever you are in the world. We offer free shipping to all orders.

Please use code FREESHIPPING at checkout to apply the discounts.

Clothing and accessory orders are dispatched within 7 business days although we try our hardest to achieve better turn around times. If you need something urgently, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist. 

Please enter your shipping address correctly as, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend. No refunds or replacements will be given for products that go missing in transit if the address provided was incorrect. 

Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible for paying any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are in. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. By Committee is unable to advise on how much these duties will cost. Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before making your purchase.

Returns / Exchanges

By Committee hopes that you are happy with your purchase. If you do need to return an item, we will accept within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. All items that are returned must be in their original condition, clean and unworn or we will not accept the return. By Committee has the right to reject a return if it is not received in its original condition.

To exchange an item, please contact us at hello@madebycommittee.com and we will start the return process. Postage on returns should be sent SPECIAL DELIVERY ONLY and is non-refundable. By Committee does not accept returns on sale or discounted items.

Packaging

We follow a sustainable approach throughout every aspect of the business. By Committee orders are packaged with care in sustainable tissue and a recyclable box with water-based branded tape.

Gifting

Buying a gift for someone? Please get in touch at hello@madebycommittee.com. We are happy to write a note for someone special on your behalf.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards/debit cards. Orders are not dispatched until payment has been made in full.

Pricing

All pricing is in GBP. By Committee reserves the right to change pricing without notice and at our discretion.

Availability

We do not stock large quantities of our items. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are no longer available. Some products may not be available immediately but can be pre-ordered and will be labelled as such. 

Pre-ordering

Pre-ordering means that your order will be made by hand, especially for you. We do not manufacture our items in bulk. Sales are processed through our website, with full payment taken at the time of checkout. Prior to shipping, customers will receive an order shipment confirmation via email, followed by a tracking number when your item has been dispatched.

Size Guide

To help you find a size that will fit you best, all measurements are listed in a comprehensive chart on each of the garment pages. 

See below for the measurement specifics to make this process a bit easier.

Bust – the fullest part of your bust

Under bust – directly under your bust, around your rib cage where your bra sits.

Waist – middle of your torso, above your belly button and below your ribs.

Hips – the widest part of your upper thigh and bottom area.

Faulty Items & Damages

By Committee items are handmade using high-quality materials and products. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@madebycommittee.com, providing images and details, and we will review and correct if a fault is found.

Privacy

All personal information and details that are provided by you to us, including name, address, telephone number and email address, will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of By Committee. 

Security

By Committee does not collect or record any debit/credit card details that you provide when purchasing from our website.
